Sorry, while I had read it, I didn't understand it
that way. (I thought that, as it takes a day, it is
impossible for you to do.)

I found that it works best if I /wanted/ to make
bread and enjoyed kneading. :o> It was like the
dough felt that.

Um, I'm not sure what to file this under. When I
made bread, I have never let any machine knead, so
it seems I should be pretty doubting towards bread
machines. However, I have eaten bread made in bread
machines and, while it wasn't the best bread I ever
ate[1], I liked it.

[1] That's what a friend of mine bakes nowadays. He
kneads manually and keeps his own sourdough. He
bakes once a week and the family doesn't eat any
other bread. (Except for a few rolls once in a
while.) Neither would I, if I lived there. And
that's me living in Berlin, where I within ten
seconds can name half a dozen very good breads
that we regularly buy.
